Flowers
Belflora Broadmeadow
I live out of the region and they wouldn't make an appointment with me by email... They were pretty rude and abrupt, I didn't want a quote by email, just wanted to make an appointment by email and then discuss in person but they were quite rude and abrupt. I didn't even bother replying and will be using someone else for our flowers for ceremony and reception.

We were just so happy with the results. They do a lot of weddings and are very busy, so you really need to book ahead to meet with the boss in there, Tony. He had so much helpful advice about what would work best. And the prices were very reasonable.

I didnt end up using these guys to get my flowers done because nobody would give us the time of day. I have seen plenty of their work, which looks great, but for customer service I think they are lacking.

Belmont Florist
They made beautiful beautiful bouquets, just how I wanted them. They have a good knowledge of what is available and when, and plenty of time to sit down with you again and again to discuss. They did loose a point though for not delivering the corsages to the grooms parents, they tried to drop them off with the bridal flowers.

Lavish
They turned out exactly how I imagined. They hand wired the whole bouquet and I thought the price was very reasonable for the time that would have went into them.

Wendy Martin, The Flower and Wedding Specialist in Salamander Bay
Wendy’s flowers really could not have been any more perfect and she was so great to deal with, nothing was a bother for her. I did the ring around to a few other florists to get some prices and some of the people I talked to were really awful. I also found with a lot of them that as you soon as you mentioned the word "wedding" they just went into a rant about what you had to have, and what their "standard" bouquet contained and cost etc, which in some cases was ridiculous! Wendy was about the only one who let me tell her exactly what I wanted and then provided just that, and she was so welcoming to us when we went into her shop – which just happened to be on New Year’s Eve! Wendy also offered to make us a beautiful arrangement to go on our cake, free of charge. A number of guests at our wedding asked me where I got my flowers from and thought they were just amazing. And they were!
